Study Genius is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study Genius will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
